INFORMED is published by VPM Venture Private Limited. You can reach the newsroom directly — we read everything that comes in and reply to anything that needs a reply.

Newsroom & corrections

[email protected] — for anything editorial: a correction to something we published, a story tip, a question about how we reported a piece, or a press enquiry. If an article is wrong, send us the URL and what is wrong with it; we correct substantive errors in place with a dated note, as set out in our corrections policy.

Everything else

[email protected] — for any other concern. That includes help with the INFORMED app and your account (sign-in trouble, alerts, deleting your account), anything about your data or privacy, and business enquiries. It reaches us directly.

We aim to reply to both addresses within two working days. You can also delete your account and its data yourself, from inside the app or from this page.

Who is accountable

Their backgrounds are on the masthead, and the standards every article is held to are in our editorial standards.
