INFORMED is an independent business newsroom covering India — IPOs, earnings, listed companies, and the consumer trends shaping the economy. Every figure and quote is matched to a cited primary source by a deterministic verification gate before an article is published. We publish in English and Hindi, so readers can follow Indian business in the language they think in.

How we work

Every article is built from primary sources — exchange filings and draft red herring prospectuses, SEBI and RBI notifications, regulatory disclosures, government and industry reports, and company releases. Before anything is published it passes a deterministic verification gate that matches every figure and direct quote back to a cited source; numbers are computed in code, not paraphrased by a model. Articles that pass carry a Source-verified mark, and a named human editor reviews, is accountable, and publishes.

AI disclosure

INFORMED starts from signals — developments tracked across hundreds of primary sources, ranked by importance and impact. A human sets the editorial plan for each one, and AI then drafts and structures the reporting from the underlying source documents. We don't publish unverified output, and a named editor is accountable for everything that goes live. See our editorial standards.
