Delete your account

Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone. There are two routes, and both do exactly the same thing.

From the app

Open Me, sign in if you are not already, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm once.

From the web

Sign in on the Me tab of this site with the same phone number and choose Delete account. This route needs no app installed.

What is deleted

• Your account record — name, phone number, and any email.
• Every login code ever issued to your number.
• The link between your reading history and you.

The reading events themselves remain as anonymous readership figures with nothing identifying attached, and we keep no way to map them back to you. Signing out is not deletion — it only ends the session on that device.

If you cannot sign in

If you no longer have access to your phone number, write to [email protected] from the email on the account, or tell us the number, and we will delete it for you.
